The police department needs all lines open for emergency calls only, especially during this New Year’s Eve weekend. City officials are notifying all local residents to keep the lines clear for emergency calls only.

Along with jars, tubs are stacked on a table at the end of the island. More jars crowd one end of the countertop. Kirkwood Mountain Resort to open Friday

Kirkwood says it will use midweek operations for on mountain preparation, snow making and readying more terrain. The resort hopes to open for full seven-day-a-week winter operations beginning Friday, Dec. 9. The date may change, however, with significant snowfall.

Settlement reached in Tahoe pier dispute
