Widespread power outage in South Lake Tahoe and Meyers

UPDATE: 10:00 a.m. - From Liberty Utilities on their Twitter page: "After further investigation we have discovered that the cause of this morning's power outage in South Tahoe was a crow that got into the capacitor bank at the substation. Out of respect for the crow's family we will not be posting pictures."
UPDATE 7:40 a.m. - Power has been restored. No cause for the outage has been reported.
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. -Liberty Utilities reports over 3.200 customers in the South Lake Tahoe area are without power this morning.
As of 7:10 a.m., some areas are restored with an estimated restoral by 10:30 a.m. Friday for the remaining customers.
Once more information is available we will update the story.
