Valhalla art camps for kids to start in July

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Valhalla Tahoe will be hosting three week-long sessions of Outdoor Painting Art Camps with local art teacher Gina Stowell. The camps will be held on the Grand Lawn and are designed to allow students to play through painting.

Participants are encouraged to develop and discover the excitement and freedom of painting and seize the instinctual urge to experiment with color and shapes, all under the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and California health department. They will be following the guideline for safely operating a day camp during the pandemic.

Sessions:

Week 1 - Wed. July 8 to Fri. July 10, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Creatures In the Creeks, River, and Lakes. 3-day camp.
Week 2 - Mon. July 20 to Fri. July, 24, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Song Birds, Bugs and Wild Flowers. 5-day camp.
Week 3 - Mon. July 27 to Fri. July 31 Morning Session 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and afternoon Session 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 5-day. Mountain Wildlife, Mammals and, Landscapes.
