Create or refine your business plan at upcoming workshop

The Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of South Lake Tahoe, is offering a Create Your Business Plan workshop on Wednesday, July 22. By the end of the workshop participants will have a completed draft of a business plan.

Topics covered during the workshop include business vision and mission, overall business objectives, competitor analysis, unique selling proposition, business strategies, budget, income projections, startup capital and an action plan that describes what specific tasks entrepreneurs must complete now and going forward as they grow their businesses. This workshop is ideal for those thinking about starting a new business or current business owners who need to update or fine-tune their existing plans.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday, July 22 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Tahoe Chamber at 169 Hwy. 50, Stateline, Nevada. The cost of the workshop, which is being offered as part of the Tahoe Tactical Team coaching program, is $15 for Tahoe Chamber members and $20 for non-members.
