South Lake Tahoe customer experience training for business owners

How to give customers a great experience will be the focus of a workshop given by the Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce and City of South Lake Tahoe on Wednesday, October 1.

In a time when customers expect even more from those they choose to business with this subject is very important for all South Lake Tahoe business owners.

Participants of the workshop will develop a strategy that focuses on what their customers value and how to cultivate a customer-centric culture that gets their customers Yelping, Facebooking and Tweeting glowing referrals. Techniques will also be discussed on how to turn angry customers into loyal advocates. Topics include understanding the customer journey, customer service basics, developing a customer-centric culture and managing upset customers and poor online reviews. This interactive workshop is ideal for businesses such as hotels, restaurants, and shops that interact with tourists and customers face to face or on the phone.

The workshop will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Tahoe Chamber at 169 Hwy. 50, Stateline, Nevada.
