Washington State University to offer hospitality degree at Lake Tahoe Community College

One more university is on board to offer bachelor's degrees at the new Lisa Maloff University Center at Lake Tahoe Community College.

Washington State University will be offering bachelor's degrees in Hospitality Business Management.

Representatives from Washington State University's nationally recognized School of Hospitality will be at the Lake Tahoe Community College for an information session on Wednesday, August 15 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the school's board room located in the library building.

Washington State joins Sierra Nevada College and Brandman University in offering bachelor's and master's degrees at the Lisa Maloff University Center. On August 16, the center opens its doors, making it the hub for access to higher education, offering associate to master’s degree programs to Lake Tahoe’s South Shore.

There will be two open house tours of the 7,000-square-foot University Center, one on Wednesday, Aug. 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. and the other on Thursday, Aug. 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
