Live at Lakeview announces last two concerts of season

Scott Pemberton returns to Live at Lakeview for a rockin’ performance on Thursday, August 20, 2015.

“There was no question that we had to bring Scott Pemberton back for another season of Live at Lakeview. Nobody shreds the guitar like this guy,” states Leslie Schultz of On Course Events. “There are only two shows left in the season and we saved some heavy hitters for the end!”

4 Piece Puzzle, from South Lake Tahoe, will open the show at 4:30 pm and the Scott Pemberton Band will take the stage at 6:00 pm. Live at Lakeview is a free weekly concert series hosted at Lakeview Commons, in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Every Thursday through August 27 the event hosts live music and art on the beach, along with a variety of local merchants and delicious food options plus amphitheater style seating and breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe from the beer garden. Proceeds from the beer garden will benefit South Tahoe BMX, ultimately benefiting the

Bijou Bike Park.

The final concert of the season will be on August 27. From 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., Rock & Roll band Black Star Safari will take the stage, followed by local favorites Lavish Green from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Parking is limited around the venue; however, a complimentary bike valet service is offered every Thursday evening. Biking and carpooling is strongly encouraged. Additional parking is available at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center (1601 Rufus Allen Blvd.).
