Qigong & Tai Chi

Location: Kahle Community Center

Day & Time: Mondays, 4-5:15pm NO Class on December 25 2023, January 1 and January 15 2024
Cost: $5 drop-in

All levels and physical abilities welcome! Sessions focus on improving general health and wellbeing of the practitioner. A combination of Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, gentle rocking & stretching movements and breathing exercises are practiced to enhance students’ balance, coordination, flow and transition. Wear comfortable clothing. Class size is limited
