April 8, 2017 - 6:00pm Help support local charities at the 18th annual Heavenly Ski Patrol fundraiser, Boardwalk Beach Party. Join them on April 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Hard Rock Lake Tahoe.
There will be carnival games, raffles, a silent auction, avalanche dogs, live music by "Hare of the Dawg", food, beer, wine and much more. Two lucky raffle winners will receive a Grand prize of a Tahoe Value 2017-18 season pass!

Heavenly launches two-week long celebration of Spring

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Heavenly’s annual Spring Loaded event is full of fun-filled festivities for those skiing and boarding at the resort from March 26 to April 9.
With 14" of new snow this week and more expected on top of their 600" of snow this season, Heavenly is celebrating the change of seasons with live music, loud outfits and various activities that include Unbuckle Après Parties, Heavenly DJ Cat pop up parties, Pond Skimming and more.

The 4th of July has always been a celebration in South Lake Tahoe, with barbeques and family gatherings topped off by the world-renown fireworks show. But now, there is a new even in town which had a tremendous success in its inaugural year last year.
The South Lake Tahoe’s Red White and Blue beach party at The Beach Retreat & Lodge is an all day event starting at noon on Independence Day.

The Kiwanis Club of Lake Tahoe is holding their 34th annual Mid-Winter Beach Party Crab Feed on Friday, January 29 at 6:00 p.m. at Harrah's Convention Center.
This popular event is just $40 per person and will feature tables full of the tasty crustaceans as well as a silent auction and live music by A CLass Act.
Beach Attire is highly encouraged.
Tickets are limited and are expected to sell out. Reserved Tables are also available.

"You have to adapt to changes in life or you won't survive," John Rice told a crowd at Wednesday's 'Tahoe Talks' held at LTCC.
"Change is happening, clearly we're in a drought, whether it's here for short term, or long term, time will tell," said Rice, the VP and General Manager of Sierra-at-Tahoe. "The ski industry has the most to lose in a drought."

The middle of winter is always a perfect time to get your Hawaiian shirts and flip flop groove on. The Kiwanis Sunrisers Club will be holding their 33rd Annual Beach Party and Crab Feed on January 30 at 6 p.m. at Harrah's Tahoe.
There will be music and dancing to the sounds of "A Class Act" as well as a silent auction and lots of crab!
Tickets are $38 each and are available by calling 530-541-5900. More information is available on the club's facebook page as well. Tables can also be reserved.
