Along with jars, tubs are stacked on a table at the end of the island. More jars crowd one end of the countertop. Orthopedic physicians and the athletic training staff from Tahoe Orthopedics & Sports Medicine are working to combat the impact of concussions affecting young athletes in the region through a computerized test called ImPACT (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment Testing).

Investigators have no new leads in the case of a South Lake Tahoe woman whose remains were found in southern Washington state in early October. The cause of death remains undetermined after an autopsy was performed.
In July, 54-year-old Marie Hanson traveled with a neighbor to the Rainbow Gathering, a countercultural event emphasizing peace and love. She was last seen on July 7, then disappeared, leaving all her personal effects behind.

The second of California’s two free Fishing Days will be over the Labor Day holiday weekend on Saturday, Sept. 3. The other Free Fishing Day was back on July 2. You can fish, all day, without a fishing license.
You'll be able to fish wherever you like in California. However, you will need to abide by the rules and regulations that govern whatever water(s) you will be fishing.
So, be sure to obey those rules and regulations. Don’t do something illegal. If you do, and if you get caught, it could be very expensive.
