1st Woman to swim length of Lake (in 1962 at 16 years old), to tell her story

August 20, 2014 - 6:00pm Come meet Erline Christopherson, the first woman to complete a length-wise swim of Lake Tahoe. She was only 16 years old at the time! Erline will share her memories of that record-setting day in 1962 with historic videos, photos and tales.
The event takes place at the South Lake Tahoe Library on August 20th at 6 p.m.
