EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. - The PG&E power shutdown has prompted County officials to close several departments. The following County departments will be closed Monday, October 28, 2019 due to power outages:

Airports in Georgetown and Placerville
Building A
HHSA - Briw Road Campus
HHSA - Spring Street Campus
HHSA - Veterans Hall
Placerville Jail
Libraries (Cameron Park, Georgetown, Placerville, Pollock Pines)

Search Continues for Carson Valley Teen Runaway

Douglas County Sheriff's Office is continuing their investigation into the October 6th disappearance of 17 year old Treasa Ramirez from the Rite of Passage in Minden, Nevada.
Ramirez, originally from Winnemucca, was a resident of ROP and apparently left the facility on foot. A bag of clothing apparently worn by the teen when she was last seen in her bedroom was found nearby.
It was originally thought that she was trying to make it back to Winnemucca but she has yet to return. Investigators believe she may be in the Reno/Spark area.
