South Lake Tahoe restaurants taking new steps in response to COVID-19

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - With people unable to dine-in at restaurants in South Lake Tahoe due to concerns of the spread of the coronavirus, many are changing the way they've done business in the past in order to serve guests, keep some staff employed and keep afloat during these uncertain financial times.

So far, the following restaurants are offering new services in South Lake Tahoe:

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Going to the movies and dining at a restaurant are both activities not recommended by health departments and government due to the possible spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, but a South Lake Tahoe restaurant has a solution to both.

Mountain Resort Television reporter Laura Mate talks with Nick Rogers of FNCTN on their new South Lake Tahoe event which gives participants headphones and the movie and DJs are transmitted to them, anywhere in the area. This is the first of three such events which will raise money for local non-profits.
