Colorado marijuana law expert trains Nevada's rural cops to catch stoned drivers

After a momentary pause, a few confident responses and a few slowly raised hands, a young Nevada Highway Patrol officer mutters with a chuckle, "I'd know more than an ounce of marijuana."
