April 22, 2020 - 5:00pm It’s the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day. The Alliance invites you to celebrate this important holiday your way.
Join The Sierra Nevada Alliance on Earth Day, April 22, 2020 for a Farm to Table Dinner prepared by Celebrity Chef Darren Weston, The Wild and Scenic Film Festival On Tour, or both. All proceeds support the Alliance’s efforts to protect and restore the Sierra.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a farm to table dinner prepared by celebrity chef Darren Weston at the Valhalla Grand Hall in South Lake Tahoe.
Following dinner the Alliance will present the 15th Annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival On Tour in South Lake Tahoe at the Valhalla boathouse theatre. The film festival features environmental and adventure films. This year's line up is a great mix of extreme sports, heart warming adventures, and calls to action. You won’t want to miss it!
The event timeline is:
Doors open at 5:00 p.m., Dinner 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Wild and Scenic Film Festival Doors open 7:00 p.m.
Starts at 7:30 p.m.
Ends at 10:00 p.m.
Tickets range from $20 to $160.
