Weather - South Lake Tahoe will have a high of 47 and a low tonight of 32. Today: Rain. High near 47. Breezy, with a southwest wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible. Tonight: Rain before 10pm, then rain and snow. Low around 32. Breezy, with a west wind 15 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.

Heavenly - Groomed. No New Snow in last 24 hours. 100% of their terrain is open - 4800 acres, 24 lifts and 97 runs are open (when not on wind hold). Base depth is 75". Lift status. Rain and snow. High near 41. Strong and damaging winds, with a southwest wind 50 to 55 mph increasing to 55 to 60 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 90 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Message from Heavenly:Stagecoach just went on wind hold. This means the entire Nevada side is shut down… The Gondola is also on hold, so the only mountain access point for our guests is the California Main Lodge.

Sierra-at-Tahoe - Packed Powder. No new snow. They will have 10 lifts open with groomed conditions on 30 of their open 44 runs as weather permits. Six snow parks are open. Base depth is 58" to 108". Lift status.Rain before 4pm, then rain and snow showers. High near 42. Breezy, with a southwest wind 22 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Kirkwood - Powder/Packed Powder. No new snow. 100% of the mountain terrain is open with 2300 acres, 13 lifts and 86 runs. 88" base. Lift status. Rain before 4pm, then rain and snow showers. High near 41. Breezy, with a southwest wind 21 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
