Lake Tahoe Humane Society yard sale effort on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., they will be selling lots of goods in their back parking lot. The 69th annual Hwy 50 Wagon Train will assemble at Round Hill Square Shopping Center during the afternoon. The public is invited to stop by and visit the horses and meet the wagon train folks. They have a 6:00 p.m. Rendezvous Dinner for participants.

27th Annual America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride around Lake Tahoe. Bike the West is organizing the ride which brings out more the 3,000 riders to raise funds for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The 69th annual Hwy 50 Wagon Train leaves Round Hill Center and heads to Amacker Ranch in Meyers. They will take off at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, stopping for lunch and water for the horses on Rufus Allen Blvd. at 11:30 a.m. It's a great photo op so bring the kids, your camera and stop by to say "Howdy."
