Event Date:
August 13, 2012 - 7:00pm

On Monday August 13, 2012 at the Valhalla Boathouse Theatre in South Lake Tahoe, Jesse Kalin will take center stage performing his original music in an intimate concert setting. With over 20 original songs written, Jesse will share material that has not been heard before.

“After many years of performing cover songs and singing my heart out, I've decided to put together a concert of my original songs. That's right, all original songs!” Kalin says. “During this show, I will be able to share what I’ve been writing. This will allow everyone to really take in the music and enjoy the evening in a wonderful setting.”

"The Tahoe Tallac Association is proud to be able to showcase great local talent. This year, we are especially pleased to present Jesse Kalin." Says Carl Wooland, Production Coordinator. "The Boathouse Theatre is the perfect venue to enjoy an evening of Jesse's original music."

The Tahoe Tallac Association sponsors the Valhalla Summer Arts & Music Festival, which is held throughout the Tallac Site. The Festival includes a variety of events for adults and children lasting from late June into September: concerts ranging from Bluegrass to Jazz to Cajun music; art exhibits featuring the finest regional artists, and art workshops designed for children. The annual festival is a unique celebration of music and the visual arts. These upscale events are set against the magnificent backdrop of Lake Tahoe and the Tallac Historic Site. The Festival is in its 32nd year and is produced by the Tahoe Tallac Association.
