Memorial unveiled during commemorative run/walk for victims of 2011 Carson City IHOP shooting

The Nevada National Guard and Carson City community members took part in a memorial run on Sunday to commemorate the victims of the September 6, 2011 shooting at the International House of Pancakes (IHOP). This is the ninth year a memorial walk/run has been held in memory of Nevada Guardsmen Lt. Col. Heath Kelly, 35, Master Sgt.
