3rd Annual Holiday Parade made its way through town

Everything from decorated cars full of STHS Cheerleaders to a tow truck and dump truck decked out in holiday cheer were part of the Third Annual Holiday Parade in South Lake Tahoe.

31 entries made up the parade which started at the top of Ski Run Blvd and went through town, ending in the parking lot of TJ Maxx.

"This was a really fun even for the whole community," said JoAnn Conner, organizer of the event (and City Councilwoman). "This parade raised a lot of money for Christmas Cheer as well as bringing in a lot of toys. Thank you to everyone who made all of this a success."

One car in the parade was a convertible driven by Trisha Sutton, who is on the Board of Christmas Cheer. It was overflowing with toys and taken to the agency's truck to be unloaded.
