South Lake Tahoe Softball League Team Meeting

The South Lake Tahoe Softball League is sponsoring an Adult Coed and Mens League. A team meeting will be held at Steamers Bar and Grill on Wednesday, April 4th 6:00pm. All returning teams can sign up on April 4. Any spots left will be open to new teams starting April 10th. You can pick up your registration packets at Steamers Bar and Grill, The Sportsman on Sierra Blvd and Highway 50 or City of South Lake Tahoe Parks and Recreation Department on 1180 Rufus Allen anytime after April 4.

Tahoe Derby Dames Beat Merced in Season Opener

The Tahoe Derby Dames recently kicked off its bouting season against the Merced Rollin’ Roulettes Derby Girls. In its second go-around against Merced, the Tahoe Derby Dames charged the green light and on St. Patrick's Day beat the Rollin' Roulettes on their home turf with a final score of 169-129.
