8th Annual Chip in For Children Fundraiser

The eighth annual, “Chip in for Children Casino Night” on August 3 will benefit the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Renown Children’s Hospital. Renown Children’s Hospital is the only dedicated children’s hospital in northern Nevada and offers a variety of programs and services specially designed to care for our community’s children.

Renown Children’s Hospital:
• The only dedicated children’s hospital in northern Nevada.

• It has the region’s only Children’s ER.
• It’s the only hospital affiliated with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) in the region.
• It has 86 beds dedicated to pediatric patients.
• The Wilbur D. May Pediatric ICU is the only service of its kind between Salt Lake City and Sacramento and treated 508 children last year.

All proceeds from the Chip in for Children Casino Night will go toward the purchase of a SonoSite S II Ultrasound System. The portable ultrasound machine produces high-quality images at the patient’s bedside – ensuring quick and accurate treatment. This helps care providers get a quick answer at a critical moment.
