It's "Curtains" for South Tahoe HIgh

It’s the brassy, bright, and promising year of 1959. Boston’s Colonial Theatre is host to the opening night performance of a new musical. When the leading lady mysteriously dies on stage the entire cast & crew are suspects.

Enter a local detective, who just happens to be a musical theatre fan! Written by Kander and Ebb, the same creative team that gave us Cabaret and Chicago, this is a fun upbeat musical comedy full of scintillating dance numbers and beautiful ballads. The cast includes Bjorn Hedqvist as the local Boston detective, along with Aurora Gooch, Bailey Anderson, Kori Zwijacz, Zane Brady, Dalton Daggs, Tyler Martin, Jered Stowell and a cast of 60 performers, musicians and stage crew. Directed by Nannette Niven, choreography by Marcia Sarosik, conducted by Casson Scowcroft, sets by Drake Niven, and choral direction by Alyssa Little.

Performances are Nov. 7, 8, 14 & 15 @ 7:00 p.m. and Nov. 9 & 16 @ 2:00 p.m. in the South Tahoe High School TADA theatre. Tickets are $15.00 General Admission, $10.00 Senior Citizens, & $5.00 for students 18 and under.
