Nordic Center at Lake Tahoe Community College open for classic and skate ski

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - With all of the fresh snow on the ground, the timing is perfect for the opening of the Lake Tahoe Community College's (LTCC) Nordic Center. Five to seven kilometers of trails will be maintained and groomed on a regular basis 2-3 times per week for the season, offering views of the forest along with Freel and Jobs Sister peaks.

The Nordic Ski Center offers season and day use passes for the 2021 season which runs until March 30. The season passes offer access to the groomed trail system from dawn to dusk, seven days/week. Pass revenues will go to the continuation and growth of LTCC’s Nordic Ski Center. The program is operated by volunteers for your enjoyment.

Individual season passes are $29 per person, a couples season pass is $39, and day use is $5 per person, no matter the age. There is also a family pass for $49. Purchase all passes HERE.

Please be respectful and courteous on the track and adhere to signage, wear a mask, park in designated space, and pick up after your dogs. The Center is located to the west side of the Fitness Education Building on campus. Park in the main parking lot in a designated space. The LTCC campus buildings are closed to public, no facilities are available at this time.
