Candidates sought for Zephyr Heights General Improvement District Board of Trustees

The Zephyr Heights General Improvement District (ZHGID) has announced there are three open seats available on the Board of Trustees and is seeking candidates to run.

These positions will be a four-year term each.

The candidate filing period is Monday, March 7, 2022 through Friday,

March 18, 2022. The filing fee is $35.00. Candidates may file at either Clerk's Office location: in the Administration Building (the Old Courthouse) 1616 8th Street, Minden, or in the Lake Tahoe Administration Building at 175 Highway 50, Stateline. The Monday-Friday office hours at the Minden location are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., no appointment is needed. The office hours at the Lake Tahoe location are 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by appointment only.

Nevada law requires identification to be shown when a candidate is filing
for office. Candidates must be a resident of the Zephyr Heights General Improvement District.

The primary election is Tuesday, June 14, 2022 and the general election
is Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
