The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest in a theft at Ulta Beauty, located at 911 Topsy Lane in Carson City.
On February 03, 2016 at approximately 4:35 pm, a female entered the store and began shopping and asking questions about products. At approximately 4:59 pm, a male entered the store and walked directly to the female and began talking to her.
Then both the male and the female exited the store with items in their hands without paying. A store clerk yelled at both the male and the female to stop, however the they ran to a silver 4-door sedan. The clerk advised that the license plate possibly had an “S” and two “EE” as a part of the plate. The vehicle was being driven by another unknown male.
