CANCELED: TJ Carter and Band are returning for Tahoe Arts Project performances

UPDATE: Due to forecasts and flights, the weather has once again forced the cancelation of TJ Carter and Band.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - TJ Carter and Band will be performing in South Lake Tahoe schools on March 9 and 10, and in a public show at Lake Tahoe Community College Duke Theater on March 10 at 6 p.m.

"It is a dream come true to be able to come back to Tahoe to share and inspire students through musical art and education," said TJ Carter.

TJ (Tiffany) Carter grew up in South Lake Tahoe and graduated from South Tahoe High School. She went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in music with a double emphasis in business and performance from Azusa Pacific University. She has independently written and released her own music, including the pop anthem Bold and Beautiful, and more recently, her intimate solo guitar/vocal song, I’m Alright, This latest creation has been featured on the Women of Folk and up and coming country Artists’ Spotify playlist.

TJ will be joined by her musician friends Scott Neubert, and Eamon McLoughlin.

Scott is well known in Nashville for his ability to play guitar, dobro, mandolin, pedal steel, and banjo, making him a versatile player able to move from instrument to instrument and a variety of musical styles. Scott has worked with many musicians, including Trace Adkins, Tanya Tucker, Larry Gaitlin, and Crystal Gayle.

Eamon is a musician based in Nashville. Primarily a fiddle player, he has toured and recorded with artists in country music, bluegrass, and Americana fields. He holds the position of Staff Fiddle player at The Grand Ole Opry, working with a diverse range of artists including Vince Gill, Nina Simone, Carly Pearce, Oak Ridge Boys, and many more.
