Monday morning closures and delays for El Dorado County at Lake Tahoe

• All Behavioral Health and Mental Health Diversion Courts will be assigned to Department 8 at the Fair Lane Branch but heard in Department 12.
• All Civil Case Management Conference matters which are pending in
Department 4 will be assigned to Department 12.
• All Civil Mandatory Settlement Conference matters which are pending in
Department 12 will be assigned to Department 11.
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The El Dorado County courts in South Lake Tahoe are closed today. Courts on the west slope are assigned for:
- All Small Claims and Unlawful Detainer matters that are pending in Department 4 will be assigned to Department 12.
- All Domestic Violence and Civil Harassment Restraining Order matters that are pending in Department 4 will be assigned to Department 12.
• All Behavioral Health and Mental Health Diversion Courts will be assigned to Department 8 at the Fair Lane Branch but heard in Department 12.
• All Civil Case Management Conference matters which are pending in
Department 4 will be assigned to Department 12.
• All Civil Mandatory Settlement Conference matters which are pending in
Department 12 will be assigned to Department 11.
The South Lake Tahoe Library and other County offices are opening at 11 a.m.
It was previously announced schools and Boys and Girls Club are closed Monday.
