Sierra Community Church group recognizes Barton Health physicians and staff

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - A community group from Sierra Community Church recently honored Barton Memorial Hospital physicians and staff for their ongoing commitment to high-quality patient care throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The group donated sparkling waters and granola bars as a way to say "thank you" for their perseverance during challenging times.
“Throughout my husband’s health journey and ongoing battle with illness, we have become acutely aware of the hard work of nurses, doctors, and staff at Barton despite added challenges. Our entire group wants to ensure the physicians and staff know that their hard work is acknowledged by our community, and offer this gift to keep them fueled up for long days,” said Victoria Tombs, community group member.
Barton returns a sincere thank you to this community group for their heartfelt gesture. Thy said this acknowledgment highlighted its physicians and staff in their continued passion for delivering high-quality care to our community.
