SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - El Dorado County is reporting 8 more residents have tested positive for COVID-19 since yesterday: 1 from Pollock Pines/Camino/Kyburz, 0 in El Dorado Hills, 1 in Diamond Springs/El Dorado, 0 in North County, 2 in Greater Placerville, 4 in Cameron Park/Shingle Springs/Rescue, 0 in South County, 0 in Lake Tahoe region. Awaiting address confirmation from today's count: 0. Total now awaiting address confirmation: 104.

Of those new cases, 1 is under the age of 18, 3 are age 18-49, 1 are aged 50-64, and 2 aged 65 or older. Awaiting age confirmation from today's county: 1. Total birthdate unknown to date: 12.

There have been another 14 assumed recoveries with 310 assumed active cases.

There have been an additional 733 negative results received.

There are currently 2 COVID-19 patients hospitalized with 0 of them in the ICU. As of today, Barton has no patients hospitalized with COVID-19; 2 hospitalized due to COVID-19 at Marshall with 0 of them in the ICU. There are 0 suspected COVID-positive patient in the ICU at Barton. Also according to the State website, Barton has 2 available ICU beds, Marshall 0.

There has been no additional death, the total for El Dorado County residents dying from COVID-19 is 107.
