Sunny week ahead for Lake Tahoe

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - A dry cold front will drop into the region bringing breezy winds from the north into Monday to start off the week for the Lake Tahoe Basin. Cooler weather is projected for Monday and Tuesday, before rebounding Wednesday through Saturday as high pressure builds across the region, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Reno. Cooler and breezier conditions are
possible next weekend as low pressure develops offshore. This may also bring some light precipitation Easter Sunday into the following week.

Monday - Sunny, with a high near 52. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east in the afternoon.

Monday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 26. East wind around 5 mph.

Tuesday - Sunny, with a high near 49. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

Tuesday Night - Clear, with a low around 30. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday - Sunny, with a high near 59. East wind around 5 mph.

Wednesday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 35.

Thursday - Sunny, with a high near 60.

Thursday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 37.
