Douglas County Search and Rescue Team locates human remains in Pinenuts

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Nev. - Members of the Douglas County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team located human remains on Monday, March 28 while conducting training. The remains were located in the Sunrise Pass area of the Pinenut Mountains, near the Lyon County line.

Douglas County Sheriff’s investigators are attempting to identify the identity of the decedent.
