INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. The fourth suspect wanted in connection with the Incline Village armed robbery and battery on March 21 has been arrested by the Washoe County Sheriff's Office (WCSO).
Deputies arrested Tristian Summers, 21, of Incline Village on April 4, 2021 at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport upon his return to northern Nevada from Mexico. He had been there on a vacation and that was his scheduled return according to Sarah Johns of WCSO.
Three other men - Cameron Valois, a 20-year-old man from Tahoe City, 21-year-old Tyler Bellig of Reno, and 21-year-old Christopher Rehberger, also of Reno - were arrested two weeks ago, right after the incident. Valois remains in custody but both Bellig and Rehberger both posted bail the same day they were arrested.
Summers is charged with five felony counts: Robbery with the Use of a Deadly Weapon, Attempted Robbery with the Use of a Deadly Weapon, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with the Use of a Deadly Weapon, Battery with the Use of a Deadly Weapon, and Assault with the Use of a Deadly Weapon. Since his arrest, Summers has posted bail.
The first incident the four men are accused in occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. on March 21, 2021. Deputies responded to the 100 block of Country Club Drive in Incline Village. Two men were at that location, reporting they were victims in an armed robbery. They described having befriended a group of young men while gambling. All of the men decided to leave their location and walk to a nearby saloon. During that walk, the two victims said they were held at gunpoint, and one of the men in the group demanded their wallets. One victim had his wallet taken. The second victim refused to comply and was struck in the head by the man with the weapon. Video surveillance from nearby buildings were able to corroborate the events which unfolded.
Then just over two hours later, at approximately 5:15 a.m., WCSO patrol deputies were called to a residential burglary in the 300 block of Ski Way in Incline Village. Three men reportedly broke into the residence while the occupant was inside sleeping, and took hydrocodone pills and property valued in excess of $1,000.
