Appointments available for South Lake Tahoe drive-thru vaccine clinic

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The City of South Lake Tahoe, in partnership with El Dorado County, will be hosting a two-day drive-thru COVID-19 vaccine clinic April 18 and 19, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic will take place at the South Tahoe Recreation Center at 1180 Rufus Allen Blvd.

Appointments are required for all vaccines.

Since after the vaccine requirement change on April 15, the vaccinations are open for all residents, age 16 and above.

This clinic is both for first doses and the follow up second doses from the first South Lake Tahoe drive-through clinic in March. Those without cars can walk through.

Rufus Allen Blvd. will be closed to thru traffic from Pickett to Lyons while the clinic is happening. Eligible people with an appointment need to come to the clinic through Lyons Ave.
