League of Women Voters to host candidate forum for El Dorado County Supervisor District 5 candidates - Moved to Virtual

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The League of Women Voters of El Dorado County is hosting a District 5 Board of Supervisors candidates forum on April 21, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center. An informal meet and greet begins at 6:00 p.m. and the forum begins at 6:30 p.m. The forum will be live-streamed, recorded, and posted on YouTube.

The El Dorado County Board of Supervisors District 5 will be held Candidates for District 5 include:

KENNY CURTZWILER, Contractor/Retired Military
BROOKE LAINE, Small Business Owner
JEFFREY SPENCER, Transportation Planner
TAMARA WALLACE, Business Owner

Members of the public are invited to attend or to submit their questions via email (link to email here). Questions for Supervisor District 5 need to be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on April 19.

The forum will be conducted according to the guidelines of the League of Women Voters. All questions will be reviewed by the League, and similar questions may be combined. As many questions as possible will be asked, depending on the number received and the time allotted. No personal questions or questions directed to one candidate will be asked during the forum. Our moderator is Eileen Burke Trent, President of the El Dorado County League of Women Voters.
