Coco Maliya ~ 1967 - 2023

Coco Mailya was born in Sandpoint Idaho on 7/26/67 and passed away on 3/17/23.

Coco moved to South Lake Tahoe shortly after birth. She also lived in Georgetown, Calif. where she graduated high school. She lived in Hawaii for a short time and she always dreamed of going back as she felt like it was also her home though she always seemed to come back to her home at Lake Tahoe.

She started her massage therapy career over 25 years ago. She worked at Biospirit for years, she loved her co-workers and clients like family. She truly had the talent to heal people.

Her true love was her dog Makai, they were soul mates from the start. She also loved her bright orange electric bike, you could always find her cruising through town with her bright orange bike and bright pink helmet.

Tahoe has lost a true healing light, her smile and laugh will truly be missed. Her family and friends will miss her terribly.

Coco's family will hold a private ceremony some time this summer.
