Drive-through Day of the Young Child in South Lake Tahoe

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Day of the Young Child will still be held this year but in a fun, drive-through format. On Saturday, May 22, the annual event will be held at the South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Every child from toddler age through school-age will receive an activity bag from Catalyst Community as they drive through the event with fun activities for school-age children. The following groups will have a set up along a special route for the kids to enjoy while they stay in their vehicles:

All participants and vendors must follow the CDC guidelines - Wear a mask and practice safe social distancing. The event is geared towards youth from birth through age 12.

The South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center is located at 1180 Rufus Allen Blvd.
