Mortgage & Mimosas - First time homebuyer seminar in South Lake Tahoe

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The South Tahoe Association of Realtors, with the Topol Team from NEO Home Loans, and Kili Rahbeck with KOR Realty, are hosting a first-time homebuyer seminar this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at the STAOR office, 2703 James Ave. South Lake Tahoe.

This real estate market is tough and there are a lot of misunderstandings with buying a home that they are hoping to crush with the seminar. They will be discussing the home buying process, how to get qualified, financing options, how to prepare for homeownership, the local market stats, how to get your offer accepted, the closing process, and much, much more!

Food and mimosas will be provided, and even though free, preregistration is requested so the organizers can get a count of attendees.

The crazy home prices have made a lot of locals feel like they have already been priced out of the market, or can't afford to buy. Sometimes that is not true and they can still buy. The seminar will help educate those who want to purchase a home and put them in a position to purchase.
