After coming out of the loser's bracket to win the title in the double-elimination Northern Nevada 3A Baseball final last week, their experience in Mesquite, Nevada has been a repeat.

The Vikings met Virgin Valley in the first round, losing to the Southern Nevada team 5-3 on Thursday. They went to the "loser's bracket" where they met Churchill County, a team they have seen a lot of during the tournament season. STHS beat them 8-2 on Friday in the "losers semifinal."
