Letter: South Lake Tahoe author thanks the community for support of book on bears

Thank you to everyone for purchasing and selling my book. Due to your support my book "Living in Harmony with the Wildlife in Lake Tahoe" is doing exceedingly well. The book is well-received by the community and merchants in South Lake Tahoe and the north shore. The book is available at the following: Cabin Fever-Ski Run Marina, The Cork and More, and Welcome Shoppe Gifts.

When the season opens for The Great Basin Institute, books will be available at Tallac Historic Site Pope & Baldwin Estates https://www.thegreatbasininstitute.org/tallac-historic-site/ and Taylor Creek Visitor Center both in South Lake Tahoe.

The South Lake Tahoe Library carries the "Living in Harmony with the Wildlife in Lake Tahoe," and two children's books "An Adventure with Joshua and Hoppy Frog" and "An Adventure with Joshua and Rocky the Otter".

Tahoe City Library - "Living in Harmony with the Wildlife in Lake Tahoe" with the children's books. Soon to be scheduled, I will be teaching an art class for children in the Tallac Historic Site. Waiting to hear back from five schools for a book sale/reading program and other book signing events this summer. All locations have autographed copies of the book. You can also purchase the book on my website inawritersmind.com to receive an autograph book.

*I donate a percentage from the sales of the book to Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care.

Let's unurbanize the bears together.

Forever grateful!

Thank you,
Lori Howell Thompson
