Tahoe Bike Month to include events and Tahoe Bike Challenge

June marks the beginning of summer at Lake Tahoe for many of us, and what better way that to do so by hopping on your bicycle and enjoying the outdoors?

Tahoe Bike Challenge and Bike Month begin in just one week on June 1. There are many events created for the public to enjoy the special month.

Register Today for the Tahoe Bike Challenge

Whether you've been riding bikes for years or are new to joy on two wheels, it's time to dust off your bike and join the Tahoe Bike Challenge!

The 17th annual Tahoe Bike Challenge begins June 1 for a full month of biking excitement throughout Lake Tahoe! You can join the fun by participating in bike events around Lake Tahoe all month long, or by logging bike trips on our new bike month website: www.tahoebikemonth.org.

Connect through Strava and log rides all month long for a chance to win prizes. When you record a ride, you’ll be entered into a weekly drawing for local prizes. Sign up here. Everyone will have a chance to win regardless of how far or often you bike. Of course we will also have prizes for the top riders, because who doesn’t love a little friendly competition?

For more information visit the Tahoe Bike Challenge website and like the Tahoe Bike Challenge on Facebook.
