South Lake Tahoe Library announces Summer Reading Challenge, special events

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The South Lake Tahoe Library is celebrating the coming of summer with a fun new Summer Reading Challenge. Children, teens, and adults are encouraged to participate in the Reading Challenge from June 1 - August 31.

Register and log reading online at eldoradolibrary.beanstack.org and win prizes - all reading counts! Not a reader? Have someone read to you, or try one of their downloadable audiobooks!

June 14 at 4 p.m.: Fratello Marionettes
July 7 at 2 p.m.: Wild Things
July 21 at 2 p.m.: Peanut’s Playhouse: Ventriloquist Puppet Show
July 28 at 2 p.m.: Magician Brian Scott
