A sign of change on the South Shore

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Bally's Corporation may have completed the purchase of Montbleu Resort & Spa from Caesars Entertainment back in April of 2021, the visible signage now reflects that change.
Crews were out at the Stateline, Nevada casino Tuesday to add the "Bally's" to the front of the property that has previously had the names of Park Tahoe and Caesars Tahoe, prior to Montbleu. The casino originally opened in 1978 with a hotel and showroom opening after Caesars Tahoe came in a year later.
A property-wide rebrand started in November 2021 and is now being completed with new dice, cards, gaming chips, table game layouts, and interior signage along with this new exterior signage.
The new Tahoe South Events Center is being built on the parking lot of Bally's and is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2023.
