Lake Tahoe Unified School District celebrates retirees

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - As the 2021/22 school year winds down, Lake Tahoe Unified School District (LTUSD) celebrated the classified and certified employees that have decided to retire. The District and their partners in education and supporters of district-wide programs and enrichment, the Lake Tahoe Educational Foundation, hosted a beach-party theme celebration of the 12 staff members who have served a combined 273 years at LTUSD and in education.

LTUSD Superintendent Dr. Todd Cutler thanked and commended the retirees, telling them that the profession they had chosen was a very important one.

Each retiree received a bag full of certificates, beach supplies, and the glasses and hats they are wearing in the photo above.
