The forecast has a high of 90 for much of the Lake Tahoe Basin on Saturday and if that comes to be, it will be a tie of the high temperature for the date. The record high for June 20 is 88, which also happens to be Sunday's forecast.

June 14 - 71. Record is 84.
June 16 - 86. Tied record.
June 17 - 89. New record, previous was 84.
June 18 - 90. New record, previous was 86.

(The records are according to Weather Underground.)
There is some relief coming. The Lake Tahoe Basin will see some cooling temperatures into the 70s mid-week before they head back up into the 80s, and possibly higher in the extended forecast.
Stay hydrated, especially at this altitude, exercise early or late, not in the middle of the day. Other tips to not get too hot including keeping feet dry and cool, eat light and cooling foods, and avoid being in the direct sun for long periods of time.
