Easy Watermelon Sorbet

Just two ingredients make this watermelon sorbet – no ice cream maker required. An easy and healthy treat that everyone will love – vegan, paleo, dairy-free, gluten-free, and sweetener-free!

6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
3 Tbsp. lime juice
Pinch of sea salt

Dice watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Place cubed watermelon in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in the freezer and free for 5 hours or until frozen. Add frozen watermelon chunks, lime juice, and sea salt in a high-powered blender. Blend until watermelon is broken down and shaved into shaved ice consistency. Enjoy!
