All lanes currently blocked at Spooner Summit due to injury crash

6:15PM Update: Traffic is moving but the road is not completely clear. Use caution if driving near US50/SR28.
LAKE TAHOE, Nev. - There is a major incident near the intersection of US50 and SR28 at the top of Spooner Summit. There are few details at this time but the Nevada State Police Highway Division is reporting an injury crash and all lanes are blocked.
It was reported at 3:45 p.m. Thursday.
