Three Reno news organizations are teaming up to provide a debate tonight, two days before early voting begins for the Congressional District 2 Special Election. The debate begins at 6 p.m. and will be aired in a collaborate effort between Reno Public Radio 88.7 FM (KUNR); KNPB-TV Channel 5 (PBS) and the Reno Gazette-Journal.

Candidates Mark Amodei, (Republican) Kate Marshall (Democrat) Tim Fasano (IAP) and Helmuth Lehmann are vying to fill the U.S. House seat left open by Republican Dean Heller.

KNPB Channel 5 and Reno Public Radio 88.7 (KUNR-FM) will broadcast the entire hour live. Arrangements are being made to allow simulcasts on other broadcast stations.

Additionally, the entire debate will stream online, accessible through all three media outlets' websites, www.knpb.org, www.kunr.org, and www.rgj.com. The debate is being held in the KNPB-TV Channel 5 Studios, 1670 N. Virginia Street, Reno. Limited seating is available.
