Kudos: Bally's sponsors Adopt A Day meal at Bread & Broth

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Bread & Broth’s Monday Meal is currently being enjoyed by over eighty community members who often express their thanks and gratitude for the wonderful meals that are served every week. Comments like the “food is delicious” and “thanks so much for the tasty dinner” are commonly heard and shared with the evening’s serving volunteers and cooking crew members.

Bread & Broth volunteers constantly strive to provide the freshest, most nutritious, and varied meals to the dinner guests and to make their experience one that will make them want to return each Monday to join the community dinner.

What also makes the Monday Meals special is the participation of the Adopt A Day of Nourishment (AAD) crew members who bring a positive and fresh vibe to welcoming the meal’s diners and serving up the evening’s meal with a smile and a kind word. On September 4, Bally’s Lake Tahoe Resort Casino was the evening’s AAD sponsor, and they were represented by Bally’s friendly and helpful team members Mindy Bobadilla, Martha Cortes, Susan Imbruglio, and Claudia Zapiain.

The casino property has a long history of not only sponsoring Bread & Broth Monday Meals but also donating to Bread & Broth’s Thanksgiving Meal, Christmas & Thanksgiving meal giveaways during the COVID pandemic, and special fundraising events over the last 10 years. “It’s always a pleasure for the team of Bally’s Lake Tahoe Resort Casino to be able to give back to the community,” shared Mindy. “Thank you to B&B for providing us with the opportunity to support our fellow community members.”
