Tahoe Arts Project announces all public performances are free for Season 38

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Tahoe Arts Project has announced its 38th season of providing the arts to the South Shore community will feature free public performances. The new season features an eclectic array of talented performers across various genres, offering something for everyone in the community.

Cascada de Flores will launch the season with traditional music from Mexico with in-school performances from September 23-27. The public performance will be on September 27th, 2024, at Lake Tahoe Community College Duke Theater at 6:30 p.m.

Next, Alias Brass will engage students from November 4-8, culminating in a public performance on November 8, 2024, at The Boathouse, Valhalla Lake Tahoe. This dynamic ensemble is renowned for its fresh take on classical and contemporary brass music.

Alex Ramon, master magician, will captivate students from February 3-7, with a public show on February 7, 2025. Catch a preview of his magic at Dancing with the Tahoe Stars on October 12 at Bally’s Lake Tahoe.

In March 2025, Backhausdance will showcase its innovative and contemporary choreography from March 24-28 in the schools, blending athleticism with artistry. They will end the week with a public show on March 28, 2025.

The season wraps up with Living Voices performing in the schools only from April 21-25, offering powerful, immersive storytelling that brings history to life.
